Unlock the secrets to Mind & Body Wellness, through a Walking Meditation, Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath, all on the Labyrinth.
This workshop will include Lessons on the Labyrinth, a guide to understanding active meditation through walking a Chartres style Labyrinth, a 45 minute gentle vinyassa yoga session (for all levels), a 15 minute Savasana to include a calming Sound Bath and a reflection circle for those interested in discussing their experience with others.
